Firstly you need to find the URL of your Page. Simply goto your Facebook Page and find the URL from Address bar. To make easy to understand, I added some screenshots of my own Tricksmode page below 
I marked in red the Page URL.
Now enter this URL in address bar and hit Enter : https://graph.facebook.com/tricksmode
Note : Please replace tricksmode with your own page name.
After pressing Enter you will find code like given in the screenshot below. You will see almost all the details of your Facebook page in simple text format.
In the red box you can see my page id is : 276847155714525
You will find your page id after “id” as given in screenshot Simply copy the page id and use it anywhere. Also as I discussed above you will find your page details in the text, also you can find source of your Facebook cover photo.
